Q. Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to the 50 states in the United States of America. Standard shipping is free.
Q. How long will it take to get my order?
Orders processed by our store usually take 5-7 business days to arrive for standard shipping. When your item ships you will receive an email that includes tracking information.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, Master Debit and we also accept Paypal payments. We do not ship C.O.D.
Q. Why didn't my single-use savings code work?
If you tried using one of our single-use savings codes during the checkout process and it didn’t work, please note the message that the system displayed and email us.
Q. Does the system store my credit card information?
Our store never stores any credit card information entered by a customer. The VIVUS Health Store runs on Shopify — a platform that is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant, covering all six PCI security standards for organizations that handle credit and debit card information. Questions about an order
Q. I received a damaged or incorrect item. How do I get this resolved?
Please contact us by email within 30 days of receiving the order in question. Be sure to include your name, invoice number, postal code and a brief description of the product in question. We might also request a picture of the damaged product(s) to be emailed to us. We will review all requests on an individual basis.
Q. I received my order and I'm missing an item.
If the missing product is small, empty all the packing material to be sure the item is not hidden. We check each order before packing, however we are still not 100% perfect. If you cannot locate the item, please contact us by email within 30 days of receiving the order in question. We will review your request, and if necessary, we will immediately ship a replacement at no cost to you.
You may also request a credit or refund if desired. Just contact us by email. Be sure to include your name, postal code, invoice number and a brief description (including item number) of the missing product.
Q. Why don't you accept returns on certain items?
We cannot accept returns on food, vitamin, nutritional supplement products or any items where the packaging has been opened. If you have questions or concerns about an order, please contact us by email within 30 days of receiving the order in question.
